Executive Assistant - Benefits: 25 days holiday Pension Free on-site parking Modern office with excellent facilities Executive Assistant - About The Role Responsibilities include: Executive Assistant Support for the CEO and Executive Directors Full diary management and organisation Arranging and setting up meetings and preparing meeting documentation such as agendas and handouts Booking travel Preparing presentations/spreadsheets/documents Mailbox management Correspondence management Invoice management Completing personal expense claims and reconciling company credit card expenses Proof reading/formatting documents Arranging team meetings, conferences or events The successful Executive Assistant will have/be: Proven track record of managing senior level stakeholders in a fast paced and continuously changing environment Proven experience of managing meetings, calendars, minutes, and board papers Must be able to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times Confident, competent and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent MS Office skills including advanced level Word and Excel Howett Thorpe are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role and comply with all relevant UK legislation and do not discriminate on any protected characteristics.
