Monthly P&L reconciliation to monitor spend and return on investment. Extract Valuable Insights from Data: Dive deep into extensive datasets to uncover nuanced patterns and strategic opportunities that may otherwise go unnoticed. Empower Data-Driven Decision-Making: Foster a culture where data serves as the foundation for strategic choices by creating intuitive dashboards and actionable recommendations. Scope of Services: To support the day-to-day Car Configurator platform management, both Public and Retailer applications, in terms of product information and assets, data logic, user experience and reporting. Work packages will focus on new products launches, model year updates and other business initiatives to generate revenue. Close collaboration will be required with Product Marketing, Vehicle Configuration and Pricing teams to extract relevant information and agree on the approach to representing their data in the Car Configurator platforms. Key Deliverables: Support for new product launches and model year updates Authoring of data logic, product information and assets to build up vehicles on Public and Retailer applications. Liaison with Product aligned teams to extract relevant information to represent vehicles within the platform, whilst solving logic issues. Alignment with the Virtual Media team to ensure accuracy of visual assets in the front-end. Platform development Support the Product Owner in the development of new functionality or user experience enhancements for the platform. On-going support and maintenance activities Day-to-day liaison with Product aligned teams to ensure data changes are reflected in the platform and do not lead to conflicts. Liaison with third-party suppliers to remedy issues and bugs within the platform. Reporting of effectiveness of the platform Produce web analytics reports Produce insight on the performance of the Public and Retailer applications in respect of customer usage and revenue generation. Skills/Experience: Demonstrable business experience in automotive, luxury brand or equivalent agency related experience. Experience of having worked in or closely with Product Marketing and with associated product description systems. Experience of Dealer network interaction beneficial. Excellent command of the English language and good experience of communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work with and influence others, building credible relationships at all levels. Independent decision making, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to demonstrate enthusiastic and flexible approach to working practices. An excellent team player. Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions. Strong attention to detail. Competent budget administration and purchase order co-ordination. Second language (German) preferred. Demonstrable, proficient planning, organisational and operational skills. Strong communication skills (visual, oral, and written presentations). Practical & Technical Knowledge: Clear project management experience with a record of delivery within complex situations. Experience of having used a web content management system, preferably Adobe Experience Manager. Knowledge of how to use image management tools, ideally Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of web analytics software, ideally Google Analytics. Fully conversant with IT technology and good PC skills.
