Based in Worcestershire Salary: circa £42,000 As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues such as employee relations, succession planning, performance, well-being, staff retention, and organisational development. You will be instrumental in building and developing effective relationships with stakeholders across your designated business area, and to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. This is a key role in implementing proactive solutions and management for a range of employee relations matters and assist in resolution at an early stage. You will coach and support managers regarding all employee relations matters. Candidate Requirements Significant experience in an HR Business Partnering or Advisory role in a large organisation. Experience in implementing new people-related initiatives and ways of working. Previous experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels and can influence and be the trusted advisor for your department. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. CIPD qualified level 7 or equivalent. My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Public Health Specialist on a Contract basis. The role will play a key role in mobilising the new stop smoking service and scoping/implementing new projects, as well as overseeing the wider tobacco control plan. About the role: Based in Central London (Hybrid): For the first 3 months support the wider tobacco control plan, mobilising the new stop smoking service. For the second 3 months you will support wider Public Health initiatives for the Local Authority. Provide Public Health knowledge and expertise to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities. You will be expected to be able to work across all domains of public health as and when required to do so and with additional training and support if necessary About you: You will have the following experiences: At least 2 years' experience in a public health-related role, including experience of tackling health inequalities and delivering related outcomes within local authority and health settings Strong working knowledge of relevant analytical techniques within Public Health, and related areas. Smoking cessation and Tobacco control experience is highly desired. Local Authority experience is highly desired.
