We are seeking a reliable and diligent labourer to join our client's team in Swanley, Kent.
As a labourer, you will be responsible for following management instructions, maintaining a tidy work site, moving materials efficiently and ensuring walkways are clear.
You'll carry out health and safety checks and report bulk rubbish, graffiti and abandoned vehicles to the appropriate teams.
You'll be responsible for inspecting and cleaning communal areas including sweeping and mopping, external litter picking, leaf clearance, cleaning bin areas and rotating bins.
