We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakdown Customer Care/Sales and Renewals Handler to join our team who will provide an efficient and professional service to our clients by offering the highest levels of Customer service whilst carrying out day to day administration ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently within the agreed timescales.
General
The role is full time working Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm working on a hybrid basis once trained.

Answering inbound calls from customers wishing to make a claim on their policy.
You'll be dealing with customers who are in a variety of different situations; ranging from vehicles that won't start at a home address, through to roadside breakdowns or road traffic accidents.
