Regional Risk and Compliance Manager
This role is a key element in delivering support to our regional retail operations and raising it from a business level responsibility to a group one.
As a Group we are continuing to invest in giving our businesses the best support possible, to enable further growth and ensure our teams continue to have right tools to do the job.
Monitoring the compliance with policies, procedures and requirements, governing the implementing of the TPRM Framework and policies including ones relating to onboarding and offboarding, whilst also supporting the development of exit plans for the potential needs in cases of contract termination.
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:.
Undertaking thorough risk assessments and checks on third-party vendors and suppliers and identifying potential data privacy, cybersecurity or financial health related risks and determine the impact of these risks on the business.
The Block Manager will be primarily responsible for the efficient oversight and administration of assigned developments.
This role involves utilising staff, contractors and available resources to deliver exceptional service aligned with management contracts, leases, service level agreements and related requirements.

Evaluating potential threats to the business, encompassing physical security and cyber threats, and conducting assessments on vulnerabilities and impact analysis to establish exposure to these risks, and using this information to create mitigation strategies.
Developing business continuity plans, to support the continuation of operations after a disruptive event, and ensure these are tested regularly and that business impact analysis is undertaken to support recovery strategies.
