Our specialist fine art transport and storage Client is currently looking to appoint a Fine Art Logistics Manager, based in London.
Experience in Fine Art handling and transportation is essential for this role.
Reporting directly to the company's Director, the Fine Art Logistics Manager will be responsible for delivering a first class end-to-end service; from estimates and shipping to invoicing, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Responsible for co-ordinating equipment from all departments and ensuring all equipment is checked out onto the correct job before loading.
As an Equipment Co-Ordinator you will be playing a pivotal role within the operations of the company and be responsible for, but not limited to:
Liaise with the Equipment Departments, Account Management team and end customer to ensure all requests and requirements are facilitated in a timely and accurate manner.
The Logistics manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Support Services operations.
This includes effective contract management, leading and developing a high-performing team, driving process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication and collaboration across the organisation.

Previous experience in Logistics and contract management with a demonstrable understanding of staff management, training and development.
As a result of proAV's continued global success, we are looking for a logistics Specialist to join our in-house transportation operations team to support our domestic and international projects.
Your primary role will be ensuring products and consumables are transported locally and globally in strict compliance with all relevant import and export laws and regulations, in the most cost effective and efficient way.
Office based role working 40 hours per week, 9 hour day between 7am-6pm, usual shift 8.30am-5.30pm with 1 hour lunch, Monday- Friday.
