As a Warehouse Coordinator you will support the Company's operation across all sites working as part of a team to ensure we can maintain our varied portfolio in multiple locations. The primary purpose of the Warehouse Coordinator role is to effectively manage the warehouse and the workload of Warehouse Operatives to ensure that our infrastructure remains compliant and the warehouse facility is effectively maintained for storage and issuing of items. You will be required to work five out of seven days, weekends may be required along with providing an on-call service. Main Responsibilities: Ensuring the day to day running of the warehousing team within the department, including task allocation, conduct, performance, attendance and capability. Training and mentoring of the Warehouse Operatives alongside the Maintenance Manager. Maintaining overview of the warehouse building and health and safety, storage, stock and upkeep of records. Ensuring day to day running of the warehouse, including administration, process supporting the engineering managers, order processing, logistics for the whole team and warehouse services. Ensuring the warehouse is available and manned to meet the business requirements, oversees stock and management processes. Managing and scheduling workloads for the warehouse coordinators. Planning and updating shifts based on business needs and ad-hoc requirements. Managing and maintaining CAFM, implementing the warehouse holding into the system. Ensuring documentation is complete and recorded for audit purposes. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Strong IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft Office. Flexible approach to working. Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Experience of working to appropriate health and safety standards and regulations. Experience of working in a warehouse and stores person capacity. Proven management skills.
