Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining effective planned preventative maintenance programmes in accordance with the client specifications, good practice and regulatory compliance, for all tunnels and pump stations assets.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established Housing provider for a temporary ASB Manager for 3 months with possible extension.
As a specialist ASB Manager you will support the Resolution team and help assist with high profile ASB cases with Service development and resourcing needs addressed.
The full will be fully remote, based at home and ideal would be North East, North West or towards the South West but not essential.
