Operations Coordinator Cheltenham £22,000-£28,000 DOE Based in the centre of Cheltenham, this a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for travel, to start their career within this exciting and growing industry! Key Responsibilities: Booking hotels, according to availability and brief Accurately book all services required for the successful operation of the tour within the budget set Calculating any additional requests or changes To prepare and check the final documentation before sending out to clients Liaising with agents directly on any changes or requirements to the tours Recording keeping and sharing feedback from each tour, to ensure that improvements are made, to allow for the best service Successfully deliver the guests' tours, ensuring it runs perfectly and exceeds their high expectations The Candidate: Previous experience within travel would be highly advantageous A passion for travel is a must!
