This leading Commercial Bank is seeking an experienced Loans Closer to join the team, servicing a wide variety of primary and secondary activities.
Essentially, you will have an excellent understanding of LMA documentation to successfully work the role which involves the monitoring and review of all new committed and uncommitted credit facilities post approval, ensuring facility documentation is correct and identifying all documented financial covenant obligations of the borrower in line with each agreement.
Ideally degree educated with the ability to communicate professionally with origination teams and individuals at all levels is essential.
Experience in subscription finance, net asset value and other fund finance facilities would also be helpful but is not a prerequisite.
