You must have industry experience, with a minimum of two year's in an underwriting, broking or claims role.

The Development Underwriter is responsible for processing refurbishment and development finance applications after terms issued.
The Underwriter must work together with the other members of the Underwriting team to ensure that loans are processed in accordance with the underwriting manual and lending policy.
Our client supports property development and investment professionals with access to small or large property backed loans for key projects.
The products on offer include bridging finance, development exits, BTL, portfolio BTL and commercial term mortgages.

Primary Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of credit data and financial statements to determine risk in extending credit for mid-ticket transactions and sales-aid leasing/flow business as needed.
Authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for regulated mortgage lending and administration, we are also registered with the FCA for Consumer Buy-to-Let lending.
