The Role: As a Dialler Manager for Evolution Money you will play a pivotal role in managing staff and external relationships within digital aggregators. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of our dialler system, optimising performance to maximise conversions and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities: Dialler Management Oversee the operation of our dialler system, ensuring its optimal functionality. Implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency in outbound call campaigns. Monitor call queues and agent performance to identify areas for improvement. Regularly update and maintain dialler configurations to align with business objectives. Staff Management Lead and manage a team of dialler agents (Mortgage Support Advisors), providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dialler agents. Conduct regular performance reviews and set targets to drive individual and team performance. Foster a positive and supportive work environment to encourage productivity and motivation. External Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with digital aggregators and third-party partners. Collaborate with external stakeholders to optimise lead generation and conversion processes. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies within the digital aggregator space. Data Analysis & Reporting Utilise data analytics tools to track and analyse dialler performance metrics. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data insights. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance dialler performance and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications (minimum): Proven experience in dialler management within the financial services industry, preferably in second charge mortgage lending. Strong understanding of digital aggregator platforms and lead generation processes. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. What flexibility means to you and what it means to your company are often two very different things. You don't expect the earth but it would be nice to drop your kids off in the morning and not be in a mad panic to start work. Or maybe you'd like condensed hours. Maybe you'd like to work a 4 day week. You'd at least like the choice. But too often the response is "well if we give it to you we have to give it to everyone else". This firm is one that says "well, yeah". They offer hybrid working (3 days in the office). But there's even some flexibility here (e.g. 2 days instead) or for someone really good, a remote option. Whilst the preference is hybrid they do have a remote mortgage adviser and they're open to another. But for training/team meeting purposes it would be best if you're in the North West and can get to Stockport easily enough. It's 9-5:30 Monday to Thursday and 9-5 on Friday but that's not set in stone. Some work 9:30-6, others 10-6:30. Whatever works for you can work for them. They're also open to condensed hours or a 4 day working week. (It's worth noting that you do work 9-1 every other Saturday but you get that time off in lieu during the week. And what's more, you'll do those appointments from home) Maybe this empathetic approach to leadership is one of the reasons that the average tenure of their mortgage advice team is 9 years. But that's not all. They get the fundamentals right. They have a team of relationship managers who fill your diary for you. And they fill it with good stuff too, filtering out those leads that don't make the cut. You'll get to focus your time on finding solutions for people, not chasing leads. And there's a support team on hand too. So you won't be chasing your own business. And it's video/telephone based. So you're not wasting time travelling/sitting in traffic. Salary is £28,000 - £30,000 but they can also offer a guaranteed bonus of £500pm for the first 6 months. They have two bonus schemes worth c£1,000 per month, although their best earner pulled in £2,000 last month alone. There's also an incentive scheme for sign ups from their 15 estate agency offices. This was worth £200 to one adviser last month. Not bad eh? HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Well, at this company you don't need to be hugely experienced. In fact as a business they like working with advisers towards the start of their career. But you must have a decent track record of performance. And a steady career history. In return you'll get to work somewhere where you are treated as a grown up. Where there's no micro-management or office politics. No sat in an office five days a week because your boss doesn't trust you. A business where you'll have a full diary, realistic expectations placed on you and a manager with empathy/common sense.
