You will be required to contact business clients who already work with the business, to discuss the annual product and service.
This is an office based position, where you will receive excellent training to help the team achieve their target, working on a specific annual project.
Working as part of a very busy inbound customer assistance team, you'll be provided with all the training you need to "jump on" the phones, and help house owners and tenants, commercial landlords and industrial property owners and developers, with a range of queries and updates on repairs that are being / need to be carried out on their homes/properties.
Each call will require you to take down details of the specific situation, updating the system accordingly, booking in appointments, or putting calls through to the wider business if needs be.
We are looking for two individual to join our client in their Customer Relations team, where you will be responsible for logging and assisting with incoming complaints.
Following company guidelines and FCA regulations, each call will be logged and allocated to the system to ensure correct investigation.
