Supported Lodgings is the provision of accommodation and support to care experienced young people between the ages of 16 and 21, within a home environment (either with an individual or family).

The purpose of the role is to carry out parenting assessments and to deliver planned and structured interventions to children, young people and families.
Candidates will have a minimum of two years experience of working with children, young people and their families, experience of delivering groupwork in a variety of settings and undertaking parenting assessments.
