Support worker Location: Lewisham, London Position Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: £90-100 per day About the Role: Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to each student's requirements and assist students in developing coping strategies and managing their emotions effectively. Promote Positive Behaviour; foster a supportive and inclusive environment conducive to positive behavioural development and Implement behaviour management techniques to address challenging behaviours, encouraging and reinforcing positive behaviour through praise and rewards. Facilitate Learning: support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities, provide one-on-one assistance with academic tasks, as needed and collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual student needs.
