Having undergone recent renovation the home is ready to welcome new young people and provide a safe and nurturing home for them, they just need a good leader with experience of managing outcome-focused children's care to take it forward and through registration.
There is a RI in place already, and the company have good relationships with the LA.
You will provide support and care overnight, being a calm and reassuring presence to ensure the young people in our care remain safe and their individual needs met overnight.
We are looking for Residential Night Care Workers to join our team to provide the highest levels of care 24/7.
Remaining awake through-out your shift, you continue the therapeutic style of care, ready to support the young person, especially if they are in crisis.
