Your new company Working for leading organisation in Sheffield you will be part of a busy Talent Team , you wil provide administrative support as a Talent Administration. This role is initially temporary for up to 6 months ( the role could become permanent at the discretion of the business) KEY VACANCY INFORMATION Temporary role - Immediate start in May 2024 required Minimum 6 months requirement £25,000 salary guide Hybrid available after training. Location - South Sheffield Full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Your new role This is a fantastic newly created position and the main purpose of the role will be to provide admin support to the Talent Team. This will be a fantastic opportunity to develop recruitment admin and HR admin skills. The role requires an immediate start so we ask that applicants be able to start quickly and not be on long notice periods due to the need to start quickly. This role would ideally suit someone with a good working knowledge of HR Administration and some previous experience of recruitment administration support. Duties of the role will include ; - Support the Talent Team with admin tasks - Assist with the planning of events and recruitment projects - Support Line Managers with recruitment needs, raise / upload jobs profiles to the system and check job descriptions and advertisements - Responsible for the Team inbox , checking emails , resolving queries, escalating emails where needed - Coordinating and arranging meetings for the team - Manage purchase orders , track budgets in Excel, liaise with suppliers - Compliance Admin tasks What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate for this post will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate this upon application. You will need to be ; - A confident communicator, able to liaise with internal and external parties/ stakeholders - Have excellent planning and organisation skills, - A proficient user of MS Office and Excel - Excellent attention to detail What you'll get in return Temporary role - Immediate start in May 2024 requiredMinimum 6 months requirement £25,000 salary guide Hybrid available after training.
