We're recruiting an Office Administrator to provide admin support for our client based in Milton Keynes.
This is a varied administrative role, where your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Looking after our client's CRM database, providing research and market mapping support and even flexing your creative muscles with some CV formatting and new role advertisements.
You'll be office-based until fully trained then move to a hybrid working pattern of 2 days remote with 3 days in the office.
Acting as the first port of call for internal HR queries, you will support human resource admin activities within the employee lifecycle for UCC UK and Ireland.
Working in partnership with the HR team and local management, developing and providing communications, procedural knowledge and guidance on a wide range of HR related topics and systems.
The Role
Respond and manage the shared HR inbox in a professional and timely manner, taking accurate messages and using own initiative to resolve requests, escalating important information or updates.
