Ensure the maximisation of income for both current and former tenants by working supportively and proactively with the aim of sustaining tenancies.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with hybrid work (2 days in the office and 3 from home) based at their office near London Bridge and Southwark station.
Additionally, the Officer will be required to liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the Housing Development Team, to identify opportunities for new acquisitions and ensure that all property purchases align with the Council's strategic objectives.
