About the Role
As part of a new pilot programme the role will be focused on supporting young people with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities who are not in receipt of an EHCP into employment, monitoring the progress of students, building sustainable relationships with local employers, and maximising progression opportunities preparing students for working life.
HSDC is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual to manage the SEND Employability Hub and Supported Internships programme at HSDC.
If successful during the probationary period, this will lead into a permanent role.
Engage Education are currently working in partnership with a specialist SEMH provision on an exciting new position specifically to support learners with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs in the Bentley area.
Starting immediately, the school is looking for an SEMH Support Assistant to join them on a long term basis.
