Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - 12m FTC - Award Winning Solicitors - Nr Solihull - £45k benefits
We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Qualified Solicitor, with 2-3 years PQE and experience of managing conveyancing transactions, to join an award-winning firm on a 12m Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
The Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor will be responsible for managing a high volume caseload of residential property sales from instruction to post completion.
The Deputy Manager (DM) is responsible for specific aspects of the home as directed.
The Deputy Manager will also be expected to assume temporary responsibility for the home, under the supervision of the Service Manager/Directors, when the Registered Manager is absent due to leave (e.g.
