Reporting to the Estates, Compliance and Health & Safety Manager, this role will involve a varied range of duties providing a professional cleaning service across the residential accommodation areas of the college and other areas within the College as and when required to ensure that the cleanliness across the wider campus is maintained. Key duties: Provision of a professional cleaning service of the College Cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of litter bins, polishing and dusting and scheduled deep cleaning of designated accommodation areas (all of which include toilet and associated facilities and communal and corridor areas) and fixtures and fittings, using where appropriate the necessary powered cleaning equipment and materials provided. Changing of bed linen in accommodation areas.
