Working as the Property Manager you will cover all areas of property management and resident liaison for approximately 500 Private Rented and Intermediate Rented properties across Central and Greater London.

Lead the delivery of an outstanding housing service for all areas including delivery of management of empty homes, tenancy management, community safety, liaison with partners including elected members and other community representatives and deputising for the Senior Lead of Managing & Sustaining Tenancies as appropriate.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the delivery of housing management services including the management of tenancies, allocations and community safety, and responsible for the management performance and support of the frontline neighbourhood teams delivering services direct to customers.
You will be required to deliver an efficient and professional allocations service, ensuring the council's Housing Register, allocation of accommodation within the council's own stock and nominations to partner registered provider vacancies are administered in accordance with the Council's Housing Allocation Scheme (policy), service procedures, national code of guidance and housing legislation (Part 6 of the Housing Act).
