The role The position is an all encompassing letting negotiator role reporting to and working alongside the Senior Lettings team. The day will always be varied and duties will include dealing with incoming leads, registering and verifying prospective tenants, conducting viewings, maintaining the CRM system is up to date, ensuring administration and compliance is carried out accordingly. The office is close knit and the team work collaboratively at all times, this is an expectation and transparency working together is key to continued success.
