Our Bank Family Assessment Workers hours consist of: 7:30am - 3:00pm, 2:30pm - 10:00, we also have a team of Permanent Waking Night Family Assessment Workers who work 9:30pm - 7:30am.
Acting in an enabling capacity, the role will be to help organise appointments and correspondence; and motivate and support the client in accessing leisure, health and social services, as part of an individual programme plan.
To provide a flexible support service to an adult male with an acquired brain injury.
Flexibility will be required with the possibility of work being across week days and weekends by negotiation.
