Performance Management: Set, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), holding teams accountable for achieving performance targets. Event Management: Take charge of event planning and execution, ensuring all events are effectively advertised and booked to capacity to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in management roles within the leisure industry. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentorship, and team development. Sound financial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Thorough understanding of HR practices and health & safety regulations.
