This role has a starting salary of £32,512 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. Our aim is to provide a consistent, high quality, resident-focused experience that aligns with the principles of the Customer Promise, acting as a first point of contact for customers who have Adult Social Care enquiries. About the Role As an Advisory Officer, you will be responsible for providing customers and partner agencies with comprehensive information and advice about care and support services in their local area. This is to help people understand how care and support services work locally, the care and funding options available, and how people can access these services. Our working environment is outcome focused, you will be working in a fast-paced setting ensuring that cases allocated are resolved in a timely manner and in line with legislation/policies and best practice. The ability to work under pressure and multitask confidently across various IT systems is key to the role. We want to be honest with you, the nature of some of the calls and correspondence we receive can be sensitive and, at times, upsetting. We recognise it can be challenging to take calls about abuse, neglect or from someone who is at risk or in crisis but it is so important that we provide this service to people who need it. As such, robust personal resilience is essential. We will provide a comprehensive induction programme upon starting with us and commit to ensuring that you will never be on your own and that you will have a supportive environment and team to work with. Although this role involves working as part of a well-supported team, you will be given the tools to work independently to allow you to deliver work to a high standard. Certain Advantage is hiring are hiring for a D365 Global Training Lead in Leatherhead on a contract basis initially for 6 months. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Leatherhead. We're working with a Global business to support them on their Global replacement of SAP with D365. All training will be delivered globally using their Programme global training methodology and content which will deployed locally. We are helping them in their search for a strong Training Lead to lead the training workstream. The Role Working with the Global Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead, you will lead the Global training workstream to develop and build the Programmes Training repository and all support centralised training collateral. You will work with Programme key stakeholders to define content and be responsible for the creation, development, approval, and publication of material. You will define Learning pathways and create User Personas to ensure the right training is provide to the right audience. Working in partnership with the Global Communication & Engagement Lead you will actively drive awareness and promotion where required and support initiatives that drive awareness and knowledge. As Global Training Lead you will monitor the quality and performance of all training collateral and deliver training as required in support of skills & capabilities. You will also function as a mentor to the Local Training Resource proving support and guidance as needed.
