We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant on behalf of our public sector organisation based in East London. This is a contract role initially for 3 months, with view for further extension thereafter. The hourly rate is £20.51 per hour PAYE or £26 per hour Umbrella. The role offers hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office. This role will provide support to the PA team and provide PA support Provide high level executive support, delivering multifaceted support, undertaking a wide range of administrative duties Arrange meetings for directors that do not currently have PA support and cover annual leave/sickness within the team Administer meetings across various service areas Collate agendas and taking notes/minutes at meetings Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings Draft correspondence on behalf of directors The successful applicant must possess exceptional organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably providing PA support to a senior executive is essential.
