I am currently working with a well established regional firm who is looking for a Private Client Legal secretary to be based in their Reigate office.
This job role will include preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing, making appointments, arranging meetings, providing support to other secretaries when needed and speaking with clients both on the phone and in person in a professional and friendly manner.
This role is to provide direct support to the fee earners in the Private Client team to enable them to operate at optimum efficiency.
Previous experience within the property market would be an advantage, however is not necessary - but .. they are looking for a candidate that is driven, motivated and really wants to succeed in the role; you will have fantastic communication skills, the enthusiasm to learn a new industry sector and full commitment to build a solid career for yourself!
