Full details below: PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To orchestrate, administer and manage a program of Fire compliance that complies fully with the requirements of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and to ensure that WCC Corporate and Maintained School premises are sustained in a safe condition that negates or minimises risk in so far as is reasonably practicable for the Council as principal duty holder.
Our local authority client is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their busy team based in Worcestershire.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To act as the qualified, competent person and principal point of contact on all matters of Fire compliance across the WCC Corporate and Maintained School portfolio.
To provide tailored advice on housing options, training & employment, wellbeing & welfare benefits/money management to customers threatened with homelessness or who are living in private rent accommodation or other settled non social housing
We are looking for someone who is a Homeless Prevention Officer with the following experience:
To respond effectively to, prevent homelessness through advice, negotiation, mediation or conciliation, or by securing immediate access to alternative accommodation and generally promoting a housing options approach to service delivery to a full range of customers.
We are looking for someone who is a Qualified Social Worker with the following experience:
To work with adults, using a strength based approach, who have complex or fluctuating needs and require intensive support to reduce and manage those risks.
To work in partnership and engage other professionals to ensure there is a multi-agency approach which enables the adult and/or their carer to live as independently as possible.
