Our well established client is seeking a experienced Legal Secretary to provide a high level of assistance and support to their busy Partners and other team members within their Commercial Property department in Manchester.
You will also provide remote assistance to the Birmingham team as well as the wider Commercial Property Division as needed.

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial management of the organisation, ensuring the timely preparation of financial information, providing advice and leadership to the business, and maintaining robust financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial side of the month-end process and group accounts reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and variance analysis
The individual who carries out the role of Credit Controller will be strong and self motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Previous Credit Control experience (preferably Property) is required and the Individual should have the ability to work well as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
They will have the ability to work under pressure and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes.
