You will be responsible for providing essential support to the Wills & Probate team, assisting with varied administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of business. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday and is offering a competitive salary depending on experience. The day to day Providing varied administrative support to the senior team within a busy department, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Liasing with clients on behalf of the senior team, ensuring excellent client care is delivered at all times. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks a required. You will have/be Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, with a legal background. Outstanding organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail, and ability to manage and prioritise workload. Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
