The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal or accountancy practice and possess strong organisational skills.
This role is perfect for individuals with a background in reception, secretarial work, or office management who are adept at working in fast-paced environments.
Main responsibilities will be to undertake all aspects of administration relating to legal activities, along with providing support to the Shared Legal Services Manager and Team Leaders and to assist with the operation of the council's Deeds Room including recording, storing and retrieving deeds.
Answering general office calls and greeting all office callers, directing visitors/deliveries to the appropriate member of staff in a correct and timely manner.
