We are looking for an organised and proficient administrator to join our client, a car leasing company, based in Beaconsfield.
The role is really varied and is centred around the settlement of vehicles on finance, co-ordinating vehicles through their defleet process once inspected, activating leases, running monthly invoice, checking purchase ledger invoices, raising monthly invoices to our Licensee network and dealing with any invoice queries.
This role is initially a 12 month contract to cover maternity but there is a very strong possibility it will go permanent for the right candidate.
