Empowering Learning are currently looking for Behaviour Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to work with a primary school (SEMH & autism) based in Solihull.
The children at this school have wide range of complex conditions, including ASC, ADHD and Attachment Disorder.
The role is full time and long term to start in the new academic year, September 2024.
This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role.
Knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years and or Schools sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion.
This is a fixed term contract, therefore you must already hold an assessing qualification.

Grade 3 SEN Allowance (£25,119 - £31,364) £1,507 Pro Rata (Actual Salary £19,556 - £24,418 £1,173) only payable with recognised Level 3 TA qualification (see Appendix).
Without a recognised qualification will be paid at Grade 2 SEN Allowance (£22,737 - £24,702) £1,507 Pro Rata (Actual Salary £17,701 - £19,231 £1,173).
