We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our team, providing care and education for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) aged 5 to 19.

Day-to-day of the role
Provide tailored support to students with ASD and SEN, ensuring their educational and personal care needs are met.
Special Needs Teaching Assistants support students with special educational needs (SEND) in the classroom as directed by an SEND teacher in order to help pupils succeed with their learning.
Empowering Learning are currently working with a school in Surrey / South West London who are looking to appoint SEND Teaching Assistants for a variety of day-to-day, short term and long term bookings.
The school caters for young adults (16-25) with Special Educational Needs and is based just outside Heathrow airport.
