The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide support with administering medication. Supporting individuals with maintaining their home and tenancy, ensuring the environment is safe. Planning and organising stimulating activities to promote social engagement and personal development. Offering support with finance management, including budgeting and bill payments. Assisting individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal planning, and household chores. Implementing sensory diets as part of individualised care plans. Effectively managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour. Requirements: Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. Full UK driving license. Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis covering a combination of early shifts (7am to 3pm) and late shifts (3pm to 10pm). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
