As a support worker you will be provided with support and direction from the support co-ordinator and service manager.
The Intensive Support Service has been developed to provide bespoke supported living services in the Bury/Heywood area of Greater Manchester to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.
The service will operate 24/7 using a trauma informed and case management model of care to provide support and opportunities for increased independence in the community for three adults.
