As a learning support assistant, you will play a vital role in the child's educational journey, providing one-on-one support tailored to their specific needs.
Your responsibilities will include: Building a trusting and supportive relationship with the child: Your empathetic nature will be key in establishing a connection with the child, fostering a sense of security and trust.
This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role.
Knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years and or Schools sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion.
This is a fixed term contract, therefore you must already hold an assessing qualification.
