This role is based in a lovely, rural location near Handcross and is a specialist SEND provision, who are looking for passionate Learning Support Assistants to join their team!
Due to the location of this School, the ideal candidate will need to be a driver, as it is not accessible via Public Transport.
It is a special school catering for boys from age six to twelve with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including those with Asperger's Syndrome and those with a diagnosis of ADHD.

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Worthing by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.
