My Client is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist , To join their L&D team reporting into the Strategic Projects Lead, People Culture. Hybrid working L&D Specialist Cambridge shire area Main Key Responsibilities Deliver training to colleagues across the business on a variety of topics including induction, technical, soft skills, and e-learning as required. Work collaboratively across the business to update/maintain training materials to keep them in line with organisational requirements. As needed consult with external suppliers to ensure high quality Learning & Development experiences. To implement the Learning and Development strategy, including Development Needs Analysis, Personal Development Planning and, talent and succession planning. Update and maintain the administration within Learning & Development, including the learning management system. Candidate Profile: Level 3 L&D qualification completed (CIPD advantageous) Minimum 3 years design and delivery experience Able to establish close working relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Able to adapt communication style across all levels of stakeholder. Able to deliver on full development cycle and to guide less experienced colleagues. Cheerful outlook and can-do' mindset Genuinely enthusiastic about developing people. Future focused, professional, and engaging. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice.
