Experience within the a sector with transferable skills may also be considered.
Experience working in a school setting and experience with SEND pupils is favourable.
Empowering Learning are seeking a highly motivated, exceptional individual to take on the role of a Behaviour Mentor and Inclusion Assistant at an 11-18 academy in Lincoln.
Successful candidates for this post will ideally possess some Behavioural Mentoring experience, with an interest in working with KS3-KS5 students with a wide range of behavioural and educational needs including emotional, social and mental health needs is essential.
The role is a full-time, temp-to-permanent role and will begin immediately.
We are working closely with a school in Horncastle to find a fantastic Learning Support Assistant to start a role from September 2024.
Support Assistants will typically work one-to-one with children with special educational needs and disabilities to make sure they can get the most out of classroom life.
