Responsibilities
Make decisions, in conjunction with the Service Manager and entire CMHT on day- to- day operational issues within the remit of the post and in line with the eligibility criteria for Adult & Community Care Services to ensure the safety of vulnerable people.
As the Lead Assessor, the successful candidate will ensure the company maintains an up-to-date and accurate listing of all essential accreditations by role, providing assurance on accreditations gained by employees and operatives.
They will lead the assessment and training for Telecoms accreditations where relevant.
Responsibilities include
Identifying key accreditations required for each Telecoms contract and liaising with the Contract Manager and Recruitment to ensure the correct personnel are engaged.
