They will work as part of a collective leadership set. They will participate in the establishment and review of systems, assisting the Team Manager and wider team leadership set in the development of clinical practice, to ensure that the developments are embedded within the team and are sustainable. The post holder will ensure high professional standards of clinical practice in accordance with the NMC code of Conduct are maintained, with professional accountability to the Nursing and Governance Directorate.
