The Clinical Nurse Lead role has primary responsibility for leading shifts and promoting the quality of clinical services, including all aspects of Nursing care.
In the absence of the Hospital/Care Home Manager, the Clinical Nurse Leads will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Service, ensuring all Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are implemented effectively to achieve the delivery of a high-quality service provision.
The post holders are responsible for leading the Nursing team to deliver high-quality Nursing practice to achieve optimum clinical and quality of life outcomes for Patients and Service Users.
The Clinical Lead will provide supervision, management, leadership and support to the Nursing staff and Care Practitioners and will work closely with the other home managers to ensure that the companies philosophy of care is adhered to while care is delivered in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
