THE COMPANY: This digital marketing agency is looking to expand its team to establish a strong CRO and data function, aiming to further enhance and optimise client's digital strategies. THE ROLE: As a CRO Lead, you will be: Leading CRO strategies across clients Managing and developing road maps, hypotheses and insights Setting up and running AB tests - analysing results and making recommendations YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: A successful CRO Lead will have the following skills and experience: Experience in CRO strategy, road mapping, and hypotheses Google Analytics experience Strong background in AB testing and making recommendations from the results THE BENEFITS: You will receive a salary, dependent on experience.
