General
The main purpose of this role, is to be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and security of multiple Estates, ensuring the sites are safe, clean and in good repair in order to provide a good working and learning environment
Key Responsibilities
To maintain premises security such as being a key holder for the site and ensuring the premises remains secure at all times.
Respond to and accurately record all call outs, liaising with the security force and police as appropriate.
