I am working with a large electronics manufacturer based in Fife who are looking for a permanent experienced Health & Safety Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety compliance in their Fife branch.
The aim of the role is to promote, develop and establish a positive safety-first culture so that they can guarantee their employees' health, safety and wellbeing.
Key Job Responsibilities
Provide guidance and advice on Health & Safety risk management for all employees, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Assist with the design, implement and continually review the Health/Safety policies, procedures and management systems necessary to promote a safe working environment that complies or exceeds legislative requirements, and to provide advice and guidance to all levels of the organisation, with an aim to minimise risk of injury/ill health.
Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced.
