About the role We are currently hiring Class 2 Drivers to join our Transport Team at Booker Retail Partners Hemel Hempstead. As a Class 2 Driver, you will play a vital role in the safe delivery of stock to our independent retailers' stores. In addition to competitive pay, we also offer overtime opportunities and fully funded CPC training hours. We understand that some of the job duties, such as handballing and manual work, can be physically demanding, but we provide a supportive and respectful work environment to ensure your safety and comfort. It is important to note that this job involves some manual work and handballing of products, which can be physically demanding. You may also have to work outside in unfavourable weather conditions at some delivery points. Shift times for this role are: 2pm-10pm Role Responsibility 0 You will need As a member of our Hemel team, you must possess a Class 2 Licence and Driver CPC Holder, along with an eagerness to provide outstanding customer service. While prior experience in multi-drop deliveries, specifically in temperature-controlled food, is preferred, it is not mandatory. With flexible working hours that vary daily, including overtime opportunities, you will be able to operate on a schedule that suits your lifestyle. Implementing intelligent email automation to generate authentic customer reviews at strategic touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align email marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights on email campaign performance to stakeholders. The Skills & Experience You'll Need: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing. Strong knowledge of using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP. Functional understanding of Google Analytics for performance analysis. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop for graphic design tasks. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyse campaign metrics and draw actionable insights. Familiarity with digital and web design principles to create visually appealing content What's in it for you?
